Chinese military hosts PACAF commander
Gen. Paul V. Hester presents a gift to Chinese Senior Col. Duan Xiaoming July 28 at the Nanjing Lukou Airport in China. General Hester is the commander of Pacific Air Forces. The rank of senior colonel is equivalent to brigadier general. Senior Colonel Xiaoming is the senior liaison officer to the People's Liberation Army Air Force and deputy director of the Headquarters People's Liberation Army Air Force General Office.
