New hospital at Balad
Staff Sgt. Robert Luna strings data communication cables in the new Air Force Theater Hospital being built at Balad Air Base, Iraq. The new hospital is replacing the old tent structure. Throughout the transition, Airmen have pulled more than 50,000 feet of computer cables; set up computers, phones and paging systems and more. The new hospital is scheduled to open Aug. 3.
