Kisling NCO Academy hosts first international student
Chief Master Sgt. Pamela Derrow welcomes Romanian air force Plutonier (Tech. Sgt. equivalent) Diana-Cristina Mireuta to the Kisling Noncommissioned Officer Academy at Kapaun Air Station, Germany, Sept. 21, 2009. Plutonier Mireuta is the first international air force student to attend the Kisling NCO Academy as part of the United States Air Forces in Europe International Military Education and Training initiative.
