Summer lab gives cadets engineering experience
Tech Sgt. James Passman reviews electrical plans with Air Force Academy Cadet 2nd Class Forrest McLain during construction of a house being built by cadets. The cadets are participating in the Field Engineering and Readiness Laboratory course at the Academy that exposes them to several aspects of civil engineering, including heavy equipment operation, steel bridge construction, designing and pouring concrete beams and paving portions of a road.
