Students from Dr. Milenko Hadzic Medical School at Nis, Serbia, watch as Senior Master Sgt. Juan Gomez, 86th Medical Group from Ramstein Air Base Germany, applies a moulage gunshot wound to the neck of a classmate Sept. 8 during a moulage class.
