RED HORSE: Mobilized civil engineering at its finest
Maj. Steve Phillips and Lt. Col. Scott Hill review plans for the Besmaya, Iraq, basecamp. The forward operating base was ordered to house the 3rd Brigade Combat Team of the 3rd Infantry Division from Fort Stewart, Ga., who is tasked as part of the Baghdad Security Plan.
