Climbing to the top

A group of Air Force and Army servicemembers celebrate after climbing a 1,500-foot mountain called the "Ghar" March 30 to symbolize the end of their deployment to Afghanistan. Making the climb is a long-standing tradition most servicemembers undertake during their deployment to Kabul, Afghanistan, and is a popular challenge for U.S. and coalition servicemembers to accomplish.
