Senior Airman Neal Sicard prepares a KC-135 Stratotanker for maintenance work on its fuel cell March 21 by draining the main fuel tank sumps. Airman Sicard is a crew chief assigned to the 340th Aircraft Maintenance Unit at a forward deployed location.
