Globemaster delivers to Foal Eagle 2007
Soldiers from the 27th Infantry Division spread out to provide security as an M1126 Stryker infantry carrier vehicle is offloaded from a C-17 Globemaster III March 18 in Daegu, South Korea, for Exercise Foal Eagle 2007. The focus of the exercise is on strategic, operational and tactical aspects of general military operations in the Korean theater of operations. Its intent is to demonstrate resolve to support the Republic of Korea against external aggression while improving ROK - U.S. combat readiness and joint and combined interoperability.
