Air show features '80 Years of Airpower for America'
Tech Sgt. Cory Staudinger demonstrates the capabilities of the 30mm GAU-8/A Gatling gun March 18 during the 2007 Aerospace and Arizona Days air show at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Ariz. The seven-barrel Gatling gun, found on the A-10 Thunderbolt II, can fire 3,900 rounds a minute and can defeat an array of ground targets including tanks.
