Planes over water

AIR FORCE PHOTOS

CENTAF Airpower Summary for March 19, 2007

Staff Sgt. Alisha Hutcheson replaces first stage fan blades on a KC-135 Stratotanker engine March 14 at a forward-deployed location. The tankers Sergeant Hutcheson maintains, which average nearly twice her age, are among the oldest planes in the Air Force fleet. Replacing the tankers is the Air Force's number one procurement priority. Sergeant Hutcheson is a KC-135 mechanic in the 380th Expeditionary Aircraft Maintenance Squadron.
