Aerial porters keep the Afghan missions moving

Aerial porters load pallets of bombs onto an aircraft loader in preparation for a night load. Approximately 2.1 million pounds of cargo are loaded per week in Southwest Asia. The aerial porter's current mission supports Operation Achilles, a campaign to create a secure environment and better quality of life for Afghan citizens. The Airmen are assigned to the 8th Expeditionary Air Mobility Squadron. (U.S. Air Force photo/Tech. Sgt. Cecilio Ricardo Jr.)
