Elmendorf Airmen support PACAF operations
Elmendorf Air Force Base sits nestled against the Alaskan wilderness. The base is the largest Air Force base in Alaska and, due to its strategic location, can "reach out and touch" more than 90 percent of the world within nine hours. The base's primary mission is supporting operations in Air Force Pacific Command. (U.S. Air Force photo/Staff Sgt. Matthew Rosine)
