Upon entering the Air Mobility Command headquarters building at Scott Air Force Base, Ill., Gen. Arthur J. Lichte, AMC commander, points out a piece of air mobility history to Maj. Gen. Mohammad Dawran, commander of the Afghan National Army Air Corps, and M. Monir Rafiq, Department of Defense interpreter, during the Afghan delegation's visit here July 15.
