HOA 'Flex' mission

Guam Army National Guardsman Specialist Vince Fejeran was part of a detail providing security on the ground as a C-130 Hercules flies a low altitude pass on it's way back to Camp Lemonier, Djibouti after delivering passengers and cargo to a 4,500-foot dirt strip runway in southern Ethiopia. The C-130 is deployed from Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska. Twice a week, C-130's fly cargo and passengers from the Combined Task Force - Horn of Africa headquarters in Djibouti to remote contingency operating locations throughout Ethiopia and Kenya.
