Competing for load crew honors
Staff Sgt. Aaron Slay motions to Senior Airman Corneilius Cutler to raise an air-to-ground missile to be loaded onto an F-16 Fighting Falcon for the Weapons Standardization Load Crew of the Year Competition Jan. 11 at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska. The competition evaluates technical proficiency, safety procedures and overall time. Sergeant Slay and Airman Cutler are assigned to the 18th Aircraft Maintenance Unit.
