Roadside bombs don't stop NCO from rolling on

Staff Sgt. Chris Lelm holds up a piece of shrapnel found in his vehicle after a roadside bomb, made from a 155 mm artillery shell, exploded next to his truck in Iraq. Sergeant Lelm was one of many Airmen performing convoy duties in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Sergeant Lelm was presented the Purple Heart for his wounds.
