Air Guard unit shows off its 'Steel City Pride'
Artist Donna Pitaro joins Brig. Gen. Roy Uptegraff, attorney Ruth Zittrain and Lt. Col. Tom Hess Oct. 18 along with the Airmen of the Pennsylvania Air National Guard's 171st Air Refueling Wing in celebrating the unveiling of the new "Steel City Pride" nose art that appears on the unit's KC-135 Stratotankers.
