WASHINGTON - Artist Mia Tavonatti looks at the fine detail of a painting by John T. McCoy, Jr., after listening to Secretary of the Air Force Michael W. Wynne make a few remarks about Keith Ferris and the many other artists that participated in the Air Force's Art Program and 60th Anniversay Art Exhibit.
