PRT breaks ground on $3 million road project
Canadian Brig. Gen. Daniel Pepin cuts the ribbon on the Kapisa road system project in Afghanistan Sept. 29. The $3 million project is the highest construction project ever awarded in the country. When completed, it will be the only province to have all districts and the capitol connected by roads.
