Japanese C-130 lands at Sather
A Japan Air Self Defense Force C-130, painted blue for its affiliation with the United Nations, sits on the ramp at Sather Air Base, Iraq, as coalition servicemembers and civilians wait to board it July 31. This marked the first time a Japanese C-130 landed at Sather on Baghdad International Airport. The Japanese are now flying into Sather on a regular basis. (U.S. Air Force photo/Staff Sgt.
