Barrier art creates bold statement at medical group

Col. Don Taylor, 332nd Expeditionary Medical Group commander at Balad Air Base, Iraq, stands in front of the Air Force Theater Hospital's "barrier art," a mural it took him more than a month to paint. Barrier art is found throughout the base and is an expression of unit pride and esprit de corps. His design, featuring the red-tailed P-51 Mustang, pays homage to the 332nd Air Expeditionary Wing's Tuskegee Airmen heritage. (U.S. Air Force photo)
