Missions begin with ATO
The ramp at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska, is full as aircrews wait for the air tasking order to "drop" on the first official day of Red Flag-Alaska 06-2 on Monday, April 24, 2006. Since participants began arriving April 17, the base has seen a flurry of activity as Airmen from more than 10 active duty, National Guard and Reserve units worked together to prepare for their upcoming missions.
