Services address readiness subcommittee
Vice Chief of Staff Gen. William M. Fraser III and his counterparts from the Army, Navy and Marines address the House Armed Services Committee's Subcommittee on Readiness May 20 on fiscal 2010 Operation and Maintenance Budget requests.
