OTAVALO, Ecuador (AFPN) -- Capt. (Dr.) Roger Miller numbs an Ecuadorian girl's mouth before pulling a tooth. Air Force teams from the U.S. and Ecuador pulled more than 2,000 teeth during the 10-day medical readiness exercise.
