LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va. (AFPN) -- Earl Harris monitors the wind and air speed data from the aerial regional-scale environmental survey of Mars airplane collected from NASA's 12-foot low-speed tunnel here. The data will be used to verify plane's aerodynamics and stability. Mr. Harris is a mechanical engineering technician with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.
