BABLEDAOB, Palau (AFPN) -- Heavy equipment operator Staff Sgt. Chris Nelson shows his Palauan apprentice how to properly run a line level to make sure everything is level for forming when pouring concrete. Sergeant Nelson is part of the Air Force civic action team here. The team's mission is twofold: help develop Palau's basic infrastructure development and provide a favorable U.S. military presence.
