LACKLAND AIR FORCE BASE, Texas (AFPN) -- Chaplain (Capt.) James Janecek (right) and Chaplain (Capt.) Regina Samuel, and Col. Gerard Joliuette, listen to Chaplain (Retired Col.) Albert Hockaday, during the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. 2006 Commemorative Service at the Freedom Chapel here. Captains Janecek and Samuel are chaplains with the 37th Training Wing.
