Yoga health
BALAD AIR BASE, Iraq (AFPN) -- Staff Sgt. Bonnie McKinley (left) leads Airmen and Soldiers in a yoga class during a break in her 15-hour shift at the Air Force Theater Hospital here. The 5-foot-4-inch respiratory therapist with the 332 Expeditionary Medical Group weighs 140 pounds. But, a few years ago, she weighed 215 pounds after a pregnancy. She attributes her weight loss and fitness increase to the practice of yoga and a healthy diet. She is deployed from Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas. (U.S. Air Force photo by Master Sgt. Lance Cheung)
