Wire service
ALI BASE, Iraq (AFPN) -- Heavy rains on Christmas Day seeped into and shorted out wiring that served half of the 407th Air Expeditionary Group headquarters building. Airmen from the 407th Expeditionary Civil Engineering Squadron's electric shop dug a 150-foot trench and ran fresh wire. Here, Master Sgt. John Gaskill, NCO in charge of the electric shop, adds distance to the strip length of the cable so there's plenty of room to work with when the separate wires are routed to the correct post in the breaker box.
