Halloween party
LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va. (AFPN) -- Staff Sgt. Verna Ellis paints the face of a participant during a Halloween party given by Full Circle and The Children's AIDS Network Designated for Interfaith Involvement, Inc. The party was held Oct. 26 in Hampton, Va. The nonprofit organizers of the event provide access to comprehensive medical, educational, social, financial and mental health services for children living with HIV/AIDS, and their families.
