SOUTHWEST ASIA -- James Frank is the first Department of Defense civilian historian to deploy on an Air Expeditionary Force cycle. He will collect, organize, safeguard and preserve historically significant data pertaining to the mission at this base. Mr. Frank is on a 120-day rotation.
