BAGRAM AIR BASE, Afghanistan - Staff Sgt. Tristan Schinzel, a ramp supervisor, maneuvers a 60-K loader into position to upload the first air drop supplies destined for Pakistan. The 14 pallets were the first to be air dropped into Pakistan. Soldiers and Airmen here assemble approximately 20,000 pounds of food, blankets, and supplies for the drop. To date, more than 180,000 pounds of food, water, cots and medical supplies have been flown out of Bagram headed for Pakistan.
