RHEIN-MAIN AIR BASE, Germany -- At the official closing ceremony of this base Oct. 10, (from left) Air Mobility Command vice commander Lt. Gen. Christopher A. Kelly, retired Lt. Col. Gail Halvorsen and Col. Bradley Denison, 469th Air Base Group commander, christen a C-17 Globemaster III the "Spirit of Rhein-Main." The aircraft is from McChord Air Force Base, Wash.
