Keeping Predator primed and ready
BALAD AIR BASE, Iraq -- Airman 1st Class David Shin attaches safety wire to fasteners while installing a propeller on an MQ-1 Predator unmanned aerial vehicle. Working under the guidance of fully qualified crew chiefs, Predator avionics technicians here are learning a variety of maintenance procedures outside of their traditional duties.
