LITTLE ROCK AIR FORCE BASE, Ark. -- A C-130 from Spain brings supplies to help the areas affected by Hurricane Katrina on Sept. 8. The C-130 is a part of the international relief to help the United States in a time of crisis. The base is the hub for all international supplies to help hurricane victims.
