Evacuation
NEW ORLEANS -- Air evacuation patients go through reception and in-processing in the ticketing and departure section of the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport on Sept. 1. Disaster medical assistance teams provide most of the care and processing at this first stage, and military units provide support to them. (U.S. Air Force photo illustration by Master Sgt.
