Iraqi airmen tack on master sergeant's stripes
TALLIL AIR BASE, Iraq -- Two Iraqi airmen tack new stripes on Master Sgt. Bubba Beason during his promotion ceremony here. Sergeant Beason is the airmen's hydraulics instructor. He said he wanted the students to tack on his stripes because they and the rest of their countrymen are part of the reason he got promoted in the first place. Sergeant Beason is assigned to the 777th Expeditionary Aircraft Maintenance Squadron. The students' faces are blurred for their protection. (Altered U.S. Air Force photo by Master Sgt.
