Chaplains do good works for Iraqi neighbors
IRAQ -- Chaplain (Capt.) Charles Seligman gives a local girl a bracelet during a humanitarian visit. The chaplain, along with volunteers from Balad Air Base, spent time at a local village handing out gifts as part of their mission to maintain and improve relations with Iraqis.
