World War II women warriors pass on history, heritage

AVENGER FIELD, Texas -- Ruth Florey, one of the Women's Airforce Service Pilots, tosses seeds into the wind as part of the opening ceremonies for the National WASP World War II Museum here May 28. The seed ceremony symbolized the planting of the traditions and heritage the women created at the museum which will grow for future generations.
