Operation Unified Assistance
UTAPOA, Thailand -- Airmen from the Air Force Tanker Airlift Control Element carry boxes of relief supplies Jan. 9 at the Royal Thai Naval Air Station here. The supplies were provided by the U. S. Agency for International Development. The Airmen are among 12,000 servicemembers deployed to Southeast Asia in support of Operation Unified Assistance, a massive international response to help the victims of the tsunami disaster.
