Commander's Cup Competition
KADENA AIR BASE, Japan -- Airman 1st Class David Popp drills holes into the runway to secure the matting during the Commander's Cup Competition here Oct. 25. The competition tests the abilities of civil engineer teams from the Air Force, Navy and Marine Corps to repair airfield damage caused by simulated mortar attacks.
