Airman cashes in on pair of IDEAs
SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. -- Tech. Sgt. Mark Kobayashi, a circuit card repair technician, works on a multi-purpose display unit. His suggestion to repair these units and heads-up display units locally saved the Air Force more than $2.7 million, for which he was awarded $18,000.
