ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam -- Senior Airmen Jose Favela provides cover for an "injured" partner during a convoy training exercise here Sept. 7. The Airmen are training with unique detergent-based 9mm ammunition rounds that are fired through a modified M-16 receiver. This ammunition gives a more realistic training environment as the rounds travel 400 feet per second leaving a small color marking when a target is hit. Airman Favela is a security forces member assigned to the 613th Contingency Response Group. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. Bennie J. Davis III)
