Air Force drops puck on Navy
CHARLESTON AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. (AFPN) -- Air Force goalie Jeramie Banks hits the ice for a save against a Navy skater in the third period of an exhibition hockey game held Feb. 8 at the North Charleston Coliseum. Banks shut down the Navy for the first two periods, allowing only one goal. The third period heated up, but the Air Force team held on to win the match 8-6. The game was part of the South Carolina Stingrays Military Appreciation Night honoring those serving their country. Charleston-based servicemembers made up the teams.
