NCO becomes citizen after 3-year struggle

HOLLOMAN AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. -- Staff Sgt. Emmanuel Techie takes out a pump on a mobile aircraft arresting system. Techie, a native of Ghana, Africa, was sworn in as a U.S. citizen after a three-year wait.
