Afghan support
KABUL, Afghanistan -- First Lt. John Faust coordinates with an Afghan soldier about the number of soldiers going out on the next C-130 Hercules to Shindand National Airport on Aug. 15. The U.S. Air Force is helping to airlift several Afghan battalions to Shindand to retake control of government property seized as a result of factional fighting in the area.
