Hurricane Charley relief
LAKELAND, Fla. -- Airmen of the Tanker Airlift Control Element from McGuire Air Force Base, N.J., unload relief pallets that arrived here Aug. 15. Lakeland Regional Airfield has become the center of relief operations in Florida for the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
