OVER FLORIDA -- This view of the outer wall of the eye of Hurricane Charley was taken from a C-130H aircraft Aug. 13 at 3 p.m. With the information the 53rd Weather Reconnaissance Squadron collected, the hurricane was upgraded to a Category 4 storm Aug. 13.
