Smoothing it out
TIMEHRI, Republic of Guyana -- Tech. Sgt. Charles Ruggles smooths concrete for a new school house here July 7 in support of exercise New Horizons 2004. During this four-month exercise, a combined team of Guyana defense forces and U.S. military personnel will engage in construction projects and medical training activities which directly benefit the local community.
